Customers with current ADS Telephone Support and Software Updates Service Contracts receive at no charge: (a) toll-free telephone and email technical support, (b) required regulatory insurance software updates, (c) attendance at training sessions held at ADS training centers, and (e) informational material such as ADSvantage newsletters. Customers with a current Contract may also purchase additional MedicsElite and MEDICS II software modules and/or on-site training.
