Keep in mind, MedicsRCM typically increases revenue by 10% to 20%, while reducing operational expenses.

A MedicsRCM Services Manager, experienced in your specialty(ies), is assigned under which the following resources operate:

• Dedicated Account Manager
• Billing Team Members
• EDI specialists for claims, remittances, EOB reconciliations, eligibility verifications, and direct fund deposits
• HL-7 interface specialist
• A senior member of the ADS management team is also connected with each MedicsRCM client

Our goal is to be up and running within 3-4 weeks after your organization executes the service agreement to partner with ADSRCM. We are committed to providing you with efficient and timely service.

The transition will have minimal if any, impact on cash flow as we will fully implement our system and staff before processing any of your claims.

Once we have our kick-off call, we'll proceed with the system setup. This includes building the HL7 interface to your LIS, enrolling your carriers in the system (alongside our clearinghouse, ChangeHealthcare), importing billing codes and referring physicians, setting user-defined rules, and training your team on accessing the system for reports. Rest assured, your current billing configuration may continue handling claims during this time. Once our setup is complete, we'll select a cut-off date for your previous vendor / billing method. At that point, we'll begin sending claim data to MedicsPremier, and our Laboratory RCM team will take over. Your current billing vendor will solely focus on lab billing for work completed before the cut-off date. 

We can bill and resubmit claims from your current medical revenue services team to expedite patient payments. MedicsRCM tracks old claims vs. new claims.
