Welcome to the Client Services section of ADSC's Website, where existing ADSC clients have access to a growing number of useful resources:

Implementation, New Accounts, & Client Liaison

The Implementation and New Accounts teams work closely with each new client during system transition, Training, and beyond to ensure maximum efficiency and a smooth transition to the Medics solution(s) being used by the practice.

Interfaces and/or data conversions (if any), schedules, timelines, etc. are fully discussed with each client as part of the Implementation process, along with the setup and configuration of the Medics solution(s).

ADS has performed hundreds of data conversions from existing systems and interfaces to other systems.  There is an excellent chance we have converted data from your system as well. 

Once clients move from New Accounts, the ADSC Client Liaison Team – which already has a good background on the client’s progress – is introduced to the client.

The Client Liaison goes on to maintain regular, proactive contact with the client to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction. Clients may also contact their Liaison at any time, as well.

ADS IT Department

IT Department

The ADSC IT Department is an important resource available to clients for a variety of solutions and needs.

Consisting of installation technicians, product support specialists, and technology application experts, with services ranging from cabling and implementations to systems configurations and networking, the ADSC IT Department is fully prepared to assist with all your hardware needs.

We are a Microsoft, IBM™, and Lenovo™ Business Partner offering a full range of servers, workstations, laptops, and tablet PCs, as well as flat-screen monitors.

We are also a Lexmark™ Business Partner providing a variety of state-of-the-art printers to meet every printing need, from regular office printers to high-volume production machines.

For scanning, we offers clients the latest in scanners to assist with any practice’s scanning requirements, from low to high volume.

If your existing hardware is slow and/or more than five years old, an upgrade may be in order.
