Customer Training

The ADSC Training Department works closely with clients to develop a training schedule and program that is relevant to the practice. System training may be performed onsite or remotely, or by a combination of both.

Training is comprehensive and thorough and is designed to have the client using their Medics system(s) efficiently and fully in a relatively compact time frame, as opposed to having a syllabus that is “long and drawn out.”

In addition to the training provided by our company with all new installations, we offer our clients ongoing, online training sessions. Attending these sessions is free for clients with current Telephone Support and Software Update agreements.
