Get Started

In order to connect to your video conference please follow the simple step by step instructions below.

Step 1.

Once an appointment has been scheduled by your provider, you will receive an email to register yourself in the patient portal.

Please select "Visit Patient Portal" to begin your registration.

Step 2.

Upon accessing the patient portal for the first time please select “Register for Access” and complete the registration.

Step 3.

You’ll receive an email to access your account, please select "Activate Account".

Step 4.

Type in your registered username and password, then select "Sign-in".

Step 5.

Once logged in you will see a tab for "Video Conference" on the left hand navigation bar – please select this.

Step 6.

Join your video conference – You will see your appointment listed with the option to "Join" and select join/start.
