Installation, Customization, and Training

ADS installs and configures each new system to the user's needs. Every new system comes with onsite training at the customer's location. Additional training, both onsite and at ADS offices, is available.

Software customization (to meet specific usage requirements) and interface development services (for sharing information with other systems such as hospitals and clinical labs, via HL7) are available.

Technical Support

The quality of technical support should be one of the primary considerations when selecting a practice management or EHR/EMR system. Calls to ADS' toll-free telephone support lines are efficiently routed to the appropriate Software or Hardware Specialist for expert assistance. Support calls are tracked to monitor the nature of the call and the response time. ADS' Remote Diagnostics enables prompt determination and resolution for the client. On-site hardware support is also available.

Ongoing Customer Services

The company conducts Client Workshops and User Group meetings throughout the region, at locations convenient for our clients. These enhance the users' experience with the product, and simultaneously provide ADS with the user feedback and suggestions that continue to drive product development and enhancement.

ADS also conducts weekly, in-house training classes at the company's offices, covering a multitude of subjects relating to using MedicsElite. The ADSvantage newsletters are another way ADS ensures that customers are advised of important issues connected with our systems, ADS, and the health care industry in general.

Software enhancements and upgrades, including system updates, are made regularly, and governmentally required changes are provided as required.
