They’re actually both, although the vast majority of clients prefer the cloud, and certain implementation types can be client-server. In any case, clients like having deployment options. ADS accommodates that.
Interfaces with a variety of other system types can be uni- or bi-directional and are typically accomplished via HL7. Data conversions or uploads (depending on the format) prevent clients from having to manually input data from the system being replaced.
Since 1977, the ADS Programming Team has perfected thousands of interfaces and data conversions.

While our MedicsCloud Suite is a fully integrated EHR and PM solution, either segment is available separately as needed with interfaces to existing systems.
So, ADS clients never need to drop a system they like in order to get the one they need. In fact, our electronic superbill is ideal if an EHR isn’t wanted or needed at all!
By the way, MedicsRCM clients can opt to use the MedicsCloud EHR, or keep their EHR interfaced to MedicsRCM./p>
Our MedicsCloud Suite is excellent for enterprise-sized groups and networks, to practices consisting of 2-3 providers.
The Suite can accommodate an unlimited number of providers, operators, and locations, and an unlimited number of tax IDs, or a single tax ID. And, any of these categories can be increased or decreased over time as needed.
Financial, management and clinical operator-defined reporting can be compiled based on any number of factors such as by provider[s], place[s] of service, tax ID[s], etc., or they can be rolled up to include all. Scheduling can be centralized or by place of service.

ADS has an unparalleled history of excellence in customer service, having installed our first system in 1977.
We’ve never sunsetted or discontinued any of our systems. In fact, 100 or so clients still have their original ADS Medics II systems going back over twenty years! We’ve never forced them to adopt our newer generation systems; we still keep those original systems updated and supported.
In all those years we’ve never missed a required payer or governmentally required update deadline.
Our Software and IT Support Teams are highly responsive, with groups dedicated to particular systems and IT functions. Our automated system ensures that inquiries are handled and resolved quickly.
Cloud and RCM client support is built into their respective monthly subscriptions and collection percentages. There’s never any extra charge for support and updates, and those clients are assured of working on only the most recent versions of our software.
Customer-hosted clients have support included for 6 months after implementation. They can opt to continue support/updates annually from that point. Support cost is based on the number of system operators.
